I took off the headphones
and I asked you:

"Do you hear the organ!
It's time for Adagio
and the view at sunset.
I think you can do it."

There was a terrible noise from your room,
only wild, mutilated rockandroll,
and I saw purple light
from a darkness of your lost thoughts.

I put on the headphones again,
and I continued to listen to Albinoni.
I looked at your sunset.

Rekvijem za T.

Skinuo sam slušalice
i upitao sam te:

"Čuješ li orgulje!
Odavno je vrijeme za Adađo
i pogled u zalazak sunca.
Mislim da ti to možeš."

Iz tvoje sobe se čula strašna buka,
samo divlji, unakaženi rokendrol,
i vidjela se ljubičasta svjetlost
iz mraka tvojih, izgubljenih misli.

Ponovo sam stavio slušalice,
i nastavio sam da slušam Albinonija.
Gledao sam u zalazak tvog sunca.
