Respect the times we're living in, for soon they must depart,
With Man at ease to live in sin, as if he thinks he's smart.
With conscience dead, or fast asleep, yet with a beating heart,
Not dwelling on God's laws to keep to sing How Great Thou Art!
Respect the times we're set to lose, with some folks acting fools,
As if without the right to choose what children learn in schools.
Men fight with fury and compete until their hot blood cools,
And drug addicts haunt the high street, despite Man's need for rules!
Respect the times we're bound to face until the Rapture Day,
Not left behind to bear disgrace, like prodigals who stray.
A brave new world looks set to trap, what better time to pray?
God's prophecies provide our map, until we're called away!
