Respect To All Profession Poem by Solomon Terlumun Tule

Respect To All Profession

Rating: 5.0

I'm not a footballer
Neither am I a scholar
I can't even do magic
Nor climb the stage for music
I'm not a doctor
Neither climbs the pulpit as a Pastor
But respect my profession
'Cos I'm not in contention
To all I give credence
Even in my silence
All work is very important
All are combatants
Fighting a common cause
This is often the core;
To be of service to humanity
As a whole and one entity
So I do what I do with dignity
With focus, courage and humility.
