Rest Poem by Thomas Foreman

Rest

Rating: 5.0

A dragon of brass,
permeates a door through open space
Vesting upon an endless universe
Distant echoes promenade in rightful place,
Resting along thoughtful disperse

Attending dreams,
sooth through and through
Thoughts held in ransom,
easily construe
Liquid voices,
convey of a melodic scheme
Intrepid desires,
caught amidst mid-stream

Songs of embrace,
romanticize symphonic whispers
Sensuous emotion…
Silken whimpers
