You Are - Poem by Thomas Foreman

Dreams are as the stars,
bright in your soul
Reflections in comfort,
lain upon the shoal
Shining silver,
desires in polite recite
A lover’s moon,
in sweeter delight

It was your shining light,
in comforting ensue
You are my love,
as sure as heaven knew
