through satiated
darkness spread in the room
a single audible breath
rose and reverberated
before it floated away
to be one with
the roaring sea
a pair of hands
stretched once agin
in anticipation
into the silence
left behind

a voice, in darkness; a pair of hands, stretched out in the silence - the indestructibility of the human person. One person makes so much difference; may we have always this lone person, defying all odds to give us light. Liked this a lot, Indira. a 10
