Revolution Poem by Thistle Wargul

Revolution

The dawn now is breaking,
The sunlight is quaking,
The air here is different,
Adapting, adapting.
Ships coming in now
From far distant places,
On a tide of white fury,
‘Cos everything’s changing!

The revolution is surging with white waves of fury,
Searching and seeking for those who are lost.
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
The future is coming,
And there’s nothing,
There’s nothing to hold it back!

The breath in your lungs is poisoned with smoke,
From the flaming, the flaming flags of right.
The water you’re drinking is thickened and oozing,
With the blood, the blood of your foes that failed.

The cavalry of horses, dark skeletal horses,
Charging through the velvet night.
It’s coming,
It’s coming,
It’s coming to get you,
To catch you,
To trap you,
To bind you tight.

The revolution is surging with white waves of fury,
Searching and seeking for those who are lost.
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
The future is coming,
And there’s nothing,
There’s nothing to hold it back!

The revolution,
It’s coming weather you like it or not.
The white waves of fury,
Are searching,
Are searching for those who are lost.
The future is coming,
The future!

The revolution is leading,
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Are you rea-dy?

The dawn now is breaking!
The sunlight is quaking!
The air here is different,
And everything’s changing!

Everything’s changing!
The revolution is coming!
The future is dawning!
And time still is ticking! ! !
