Right Wingers Poem by Francis Duggan

Right Wingers

Far right in their opinions and their thinking seems old
Lacking in compassion and in feelings quite cold
Not generous and caring in any sort of a way
And far too many of their sort in the Human World of today
People like they arenever grow kinder they just grow old and gray
Of those doing it tough they never have a kind word to say
In their way of thinking so mean spirited and small
Their idea of a fair go does not include all
For a better Human World to live in they never plant the seed
And of more of their sort humanity is not in need
They are down on the stateless and homeless and the refugee
Callous in their opinions is how they seem to be
And sad to think they are not in any way rare Worldwide
These people who help to uphold the social divide.
