Roads Taken
I've written many words about this road I'm on,
I've spoken out of turn, and wondered why,
I've trodden many steps around this world of mine,
And witnessed many things as I've passed by.
I can't say every stage of life has welcomed me,
And challenges have sometimes left me drained,
And though some roads have led me to restricted zones,
The lessons I have learnt are knowledge gained.
