Roll With The Paunches

Yep, good old father time is taking it's
toll. I see it every day, as I gaze upon
my roll. It's not a pretty picture, I can
tell you that. And wonder where it came
from, that little roll of fat. It wasn't there a
short time ago. So how did it get there?
I'd like to know. It then occured to me
time, has gone so fast. Why then, would
I think, good things were meant to last.
Realizing, we have to take everything
in our stride and considering our age,
forget about our pride. As long as we
can grow old gracefully, we'll consider
it an added plus. And try to get used
to the changes, that occur with us.
We'll just roll along with the paunches,
as all of us must do. Forget about the
trivial things and not let them, be a
bother to you!
