Roses of Blue
I had a heart attack
With the door bell ring
In the bright April sun
Right by my feet
Dozens dozens of roses
Long and strong
Laying in their coffin
silver lined
Staring at me
Waiting to be loved
All in cornflower Blue
All in desperate mood
The postman is young
He never see such a scene
of crime
Who did this
Why not in Red
