Running After
Running after
HI, what did you say?
Loving me in simple way
You are kidding
And simply hiding
'I love you' I said in earnest
She was not revealing her best
She expressed surprise
With many words to raise
'How can you feel me'?
I want to be alone and free
Try somewhere else
Your words seem hollow and false
I was about to hold her hand
And reassure her as friend
She was roaring in laughter
'I do not like people running after'
Now I was in doubt
Was she not interested in talking about?
So far what did I say?
I decided to leave her alone and go away
