Salty Water

In a hideous love ‘affair, eyes are wet with tear;
When there took place the lovely meet;
In the book that date was writ;
Its now sold to the paper-bag maker.

The address was written on the shore;
And was glazing in moonlight before
It was washed in the sea's salty water.
