Say Goodbye Poem by emily summers

Say Goodbye

Rating: 4.5

The magic in your kiss
the mystery in your eyes
took me by suprise
you took me for a ride

your flawless smile
your mischevious charm
when i am with you i am not calm
i am wild, and unpredictable
as free as a bird
as tough as a lion

but we are just players
playing the game
we cannot love
we are just too vain
it's just lust
and it it seems such a shame,
such a waste,
but we'll forget in seconds,
our new lives beckon,

we need to get up and get out,
before we fall into an endless pit of lies,
we need to say our final goodbyes.
