Scars Poem by Paul Warren

Scars

Each scar had a story to be told
For each time when he had been bold
For time healed the open wounds made
And scars were left as a memento of the escapade

So mementos of being brave
Hold this bravery up and save
Them for your story to be told
To you now when our stories aren't old.
