Search For Answers - Poem by Lawerence Mize, Sr.

I walked in the dark
Down cobblestone streets
Searching for answers
Shunning those I'd meet

Kept to myself
As I made my way
Lost in thought
With nothing to say

Sometimes you find
The Things you need
On a long lonely walk
Touched by a gentle breeze

I couldn't agree more - company's nice but ties you to the present, instead of letting your mind drift. Good poem. (Report) Reply
