Envision a feeling of peace and harmony
Just floating there in outer space,
Over the dormant craters of the moon,
Searching for Utopia in a wondrous place.
A place beyond the fringes of the universe
Where everything is calm and bright,
No crime or hostilities or fear from want,
A marvelous place where every thing is right.
It's just a wishful and dramatic vision
That no one will ever want to believe,
A rare and an imaginary privilege
Bestowed on peacekeepers willing to receive.
Where can this Utopia be?
It appeared to be so close, but far away
Then facing reality you prepare diligently
To face another hostile and trying day.
You had hope to enlighten your heart,
And envisioned there was an Utopian nation.
Your vision fades - there is no such place,
Just a mere figment of the imagination.
What an unrealistic vision - or is it?
