I opened the gate to my soul
Looking for peace
That has been missing in my life
I didn't know what to expect
I was just tired of my daily unrest
I wanted to hold peace in my heart
And feel its warmth in my mind
Inside my soul
I found a river of love
Feeling thirsty
I drank from it
And immediately
I was embraced
By the soft hands of peace
Time stood still
As my heart was transplanted
And my mind was healed
I woke up inside my dream
And peace was my heart beat
For the rest of my days
I shall enjoy peace in peace
