Secret Key Poem by Lisa Cresswell Wilkinson

Secret Key

There is this place close to my heart
Where inner thoughts retreat
Behind the doors of wisdom
packed in here nice and neat

Where spectators can visit
Conclusions they can find
The subconscious hidden messages
Kept locked inside my mind

Just turn the key and open
So my art can become whole
Just waiting for that moment
To find that iambic soul
