Seed Of Hope Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Seed Of Hope

Rating: 5.0

I am a seed of hope
Have been carried by the wind
Tossed by the storms
Have felt the frosty air of altitude
Above the treeline at gusty sunrise
Dragged across hot sands of drudgery
Blown across oceans of void
A cold breeze felt agains my neck
Carried me toward you
Into your soft hand I landed
put me in your orchid mouth
Swallow me
Let me find my way to the heart of you
I want to know the softness underneath your desire
I want to taste your oasis
and plant myself
where no harm can come
where love flows freely from deep clear wells
where your gardens grow
