Selective Sight (A Plight To America) Poem by Lara wolf

Selective Sight (A Plight To America)

they say don't look into the light
it's what makes you blind
for you can only see in the dark
you can only be happy
and satisfiyed.
in the dark.
but if u take just one look,
one squwinting glimplse into the big bright light
you'll go blind from what you see.
watching them all die on the TV,
watching the children cry 'why? did their daddys die'.
oh why why why... i looked and cried
