Self - Control Poem by The Original Tom Maxwell

Are you in control, or do you always owe,
If you owe, more than you own, and it never ends,
You are under control.
Do you believe in God, remembering back, when Moses,
Came out of the clouds, walking down the mountain,
With the Ten Commandments, in his hand, one thing,
Each one of them relate to is, self - control, always,
Incorporate, self - control in all of your plans.
If you every want to advance, be worth more,
Self - control, save a little at a time first before,
Pay cash, you own more.
Self - control, you often save more, many of the impulse,
Buys, after you ponder on their worth, you leave them in the store.
God placed us in this onetime travel to educate, and help the soul,
We carry inside grow.
Jesus died to save our sins, you may get upset you cannot have every material thing,
Imagine judgement day, God ask you how did you do, and you reply, I'm in the hole!
Self - control in everything you do, creates a better you.
