Self Satisfaction Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Self Satisfaction

Compare yourself with same people
Who are equivalent to you or at same level
You shall always feel frustrated if compared with rich!
As you may never be able to reach

Be happy with what you are!
Do not try to stretch too far
You may not be able to adjust in time
Whatever you have may be lost sometimes

Personal satisfaction does matter
If you look at others and suffer
Think of a person below you
You will come to know the truth

Do not suffer the impact of old age
It is coming for all the age groups
If someone has no legs
Feel happy that you have at least legs to beg

This shall generate self confidence
You may wake up at once
Try to improve upon
And carry on with energy soon
