Sentient Poem by Shirley Houston

Sentient

incandescence streams/
spectacularly/
as he approaches/
my dream/
It is stardust/
effusing/
copiously/
from his quiver/
filled/
with golden sheaf/
the hunter's implement/
he's become my/
additament/
captivating me/
with lyrical delights/
&/
a bouquet/
of Sunlight/
sweetly/
gathered during the pilgrimage/
to edens shore/
where the tidal bore/
witness/
to elysian lore/
amore/
like none before/
I am transfixed by the lucidity of his creativity/
depth & energy/
he/
is my affinity/
serendipity's epiphany/
completing me/
releasing me/
into the realm/
of abstrusity/
my innate destiny/
kindled reality/
of infinite possibilities/
where I am free/
where I believe...
