Shadowing the possibility

It pained me a lot
When I was caught
In between yes and no
It meant a signal to go

It was intended to hurt
Not intentionally but short
Of same meaning
And shadowing the possibility

So he uttered good bye
With wet eyes
To tell me the "Yes"
He was off from face

I felt so amazed
And eyes dazed
To see at ground
What was there that was not found?

Yes, we were victim of circumstances
Love had no chance
We were to part
Leaving behind the past from where we had made good start
