Shadows
Shadows of people passing through, Shadows of people that i once knew.
Dark and empty streets so forlorn, Walking in the memory of those I mourn.
Shadows of memories I cannot find, Shadows of dreams I've left behind.
I walk in the Shadows of my mistakes. And love is something I now forsake.
Shadows of years gone by, Shadows of the tears I've cried.
It might be sad but it’s true. Your shadows will always follow you.
