we are walking on the free lane
of love
and it starts to rain
and we have no umbrella
and she stays near
my side that i can
smell the scent
of her hair
and she looks at me
and asks me to stop
awhile
and she asks me
if i can tell the difference between
her tears and the rain

and i say yes
my love

i kiss her that long under the heavy rain
and i know how salty are her tears
how deep is her sorrow
and i tell her after

your tears are so sweet.
