She suddenly understood belief,
Her heart murmured a belief as well;
One was a demigod, the other a pain,
Like the disbeliefs of monsters and animals.
My sight dawned on the world, and it spoke,
Like a tongue from the mind,
Little by little it struck me vehemently,
One was not a deity nor a frank man.
These were the devils in the heart and chains,
Time fled, deadly wonders broke through the surface;
A little ice was a varnish of great sin and chase,
The glaciers hugely impressed me in this world.
He broke a heart, when ice broke, whenever I broke,
Like a stick trodden on, a belief encompassed,
Little was the worry of a fortunate man,
So that backgrounds of loveliness grew from the past.
