She Told Me Poem by Djuro Stanojevic

She Told Me

She told me that
i’m gonna live
for a thousand years…
She told me that the rays of light
from Sun spots
has grown by unreal hopes…
She told me
she’s not surprised
by Sergeant Pepper
and sleepy Alice’s eyeleashes…
She told me that
she saw a woman
in front of the store
without a hand and
with a bottle stick
to her choppy, dry lips…
She told me
she doesn’t believe anymore
in insistence of money,
the most cursed invention of civilization…
She told me that winking white clouds
on a blue sky, makes her happy,
while she’s lying on a dreamy grass…
She told me that
she loves the first
34 orgasms with me
and all of the rest is badgering…
Yes,
that’s what
she told me…
