She Was Like Asbestos Poem by Mark Money

She Was Like Asbestos

Rating: 2.7

She was like asbestos;
Sure, she was fireproof, but she took my breath away.
I had to limit my exposure.

She was like asbestos;
Possibly helpful, but potentially hazardous.
I should have contacted OSHA.

She was like asbestos;
Protecting me in one way, but hurting me in another.
I had my own decontamination area.

She was like asbestos,
But warning labels couldn’t keep me away;
Protective clothing couldn’t keep us apart………..

She was like asbestos.
