Sheep Poem by Abdul Wahab

Sheep

You can not deny His messages
As He sent prophets for every nations and ages
He made them shepherds in their early lives
As they had to guide worse than a sheep
Push or pull them, they do the opposite.

Prophets tried to guide us in our definite destination
But we fail to follow and behave like a stubborn sheep.

Frankly speaking, I could not understand the meaning for the prophets, shepherds and sheep stories that are circling around two major religions of this world. During the process of political evolution, the Monarchs of the world had found out the 'super power', which can not be explained in terms of truth and they framed this Omnipotent and Omnipresent as the Gods to control the human minds, which are on the roam to do the faults. They have achieved what they had intended, but people become too fanatic to their horror! This is my humble opinion and nothing to do with your poem. You have written this poem very well. I believe the presence of Gods in every atom of this world and have the fear of reprimand in case if I talk against them. who instill this fear in me? My other part of the brain always questions me?
