Late night starry eye'd
Stars in the sky
Tailgates, AC/DC
Whiskey and rye
Beer bongs, holy weed
Smoke in the air
Campfires, fishing poles
Comfy log chair
Banjo, harmonica
Off grid guitars
Neil young, Patsy Cline
Bright shiny stars
Beer bottle grass bash
Under the stars
Old farm pick up trucks
And shiny sports cars
Late night rendezvous
Deep in the tree's
Hot blonde innocent
Down on her knee's
Night light candle burning
Flickers in the breeze
Dancing in the twilight
Shadow hung with ease
Tainted tailored curtains
Swaying in the breeze
Casting midnight shadows
Dancing shadow tease
All geared up
Headed out today
Headed for the mountains
Headed there to stay
Far from the city
Away from the lights
Alone in the darkness
Alive in the nights
Willows and whitesocks
Whitesocks the dog
Sunrise flowered trail
Early morning fog
Sheepskin leather tramp
Highway is his home
Travel on forever
Forever he will Rome
Alexander Supertramp
Traveled to by train
Only he will ever know
What happened in his brain
Lonely Jack Kerouac
Alone 'On the Road'
Angel of the desolate
The devil's due he owed
Canadiana highways
Alone on the run
Crooked coloured raindrops
Shining through the sun
Alive in the mountains
Off in the west
Alone in the wilderness
The west is the best
Shape shifting spirit bear
Pure native heart
Drumming in the distance
True native art
Long black shiny hair
Eye lashes at length
A strong fearce warrior
Loyalty is strength
Off in the distance
A sound so sincere
Drums of the spirit
Spirit so to fear
Fear for thy brother
Fear for thy soul
Sad souls surround us
Sadness be thy tole
Out in the wetlands
Weathered and worn
Toughened by nature
Toughened and torn
The door Beith open
Light shining through
Truth of thy kingdom
Show thee what's true
Free from the shadows
Of darkness and pain
A soul to remember
Remembered by fame
Love lie's and laughter
All will come true
Nightmares and dreamscapes
All the night through
Weirdness the world
Amongst we live
Poverty and sadness
Reluctance to give
Sadness and shame
How many of them feel
Sickness and sorrow
Fear for what's real
Canvas covered walls
Coloured in blue
Other worldly signs
Promise of the new
Snow covered mountain peaks
High up in the sky
Painted by a master
Well that's just a lie
West coast city streets
Lost sorry souls
Drug addled homelessness
And hookers and trolls
Bed bug infested
Skid row hotels
Apon a time so pretty
Her soul she sells
To be continued.
