Sheuli Blooms/ Kash Blooms Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Sheuli Blooms/ Kash Blooms

Sheuli Blooms

How do the small and tiny
Sheuli blooms
Lie scattered around
The small tree,
Dew-laden and fallen
During the morning-time
So sweetly scented jasmine
Which but glow-worms, beetles,
Bees and butterflies
Know it
When straying or wandering
At night?

Kash Blooms

Grassy kash blooms
In a number
Dotting the highland,
The riverside
Under the sunshine,
Cloudy skies
And the swans flying in flocks,
How lovely the scene, the picture
Of the landscape!
Kash blooms whiter and swaying
Telling of the change about to come
In time and season
With other natural phenomena.
