Shimmering Beauty Poem by robert meadows

Shimmering Beauty

Rating: 5.0

I can still see her there, down by the river.
Her soft facial features standing out now because of her loviness.
She is like a springtime day afer a long dull gray and cold winter.
Can it be any wonder why I love her so?
She is a wonder, a joy bubble dancing in the wind.
Oh that I could catch her and hold her forever but alas life is short and time passes quickly.
So full of beauty, so full of grace, this wife of mine.
