Shining Like Pearls..... Poem by Pranayee Rachamalla

Shine like pearls on the necklace called Sky,
May be someone will steal them away,
Perhaps that’s the reason they are held so high.
Attract everyone during the night and sleep during the day
They are the friends of moon, the king of the sky!
Awesome is the only word for them I can say…
Twinkling – twinkling in the sky they remain
Like cute little diamonds,
On the roof called space, they look same though I see again and again
With an elegant shape and sharp fine ends,
But counting them makes us insane;
By watching them, our creativity goes abandoned
Artistically they are arranged, to beautify the night
Because these are artfully made painting by the Universe
To make us glad heartily eyeing that exhilaration sight!
These mass of ecstasy are the Stars
Blinking, twinkling and sparkling they remain like a chain of twinkling lights
to enrich our smile and make it rhapsodize.
