Ship Wrecked Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Ship Wrecked

Ship wrecked
Split
Planks floating in the white-mouthed waves
Directionless
Giant white hammers floating in the Sea of Storms
There confusion turquoise reigns
And the Sea of Storms is not thereby annoyed.
Boulders detached
Rolling into the Sea of Storms
Growling as sea-lions
Purring as Sea-dogs, giant
Thin the needle was inserted in the wound
And drew liquid.
As the Sea of Storms besieged the Little Rocks.
