Shock And Anger - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

She deserted me at an eleventh hour
I had blind faith in her
She had disclosed to me several time
But I took it casually and spending no time

She was serious in her resolve
And wanted to solve
The torture forced her to sever the bond
Let me reveal that I was so much fond of her

We had two lovely children
The home seemed real heaven
I was always happily driven
The home was felt well even

It is hard to judge woman
When you are smoothly flown
In her shadow with full agreement
This kind of behavior sends you in shock treatment

She wanted both the children with her
I could do nothing but was engulfed with fear
The social status was in danger
My body was gripped with shock and anger
