Shot Down Over Primeval Jungle Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Shot Down Over Primeval Jungle

Rating: 5.0

Who is shadow being falls from skies
above cloud heights yet death defies?
To jungles of spider scorpion and snake;
thrown from whirlwind, of flaming thunder;
sonic boom makes quivering mountains shake.

Witness; war-god worshipped warrior; torn asunder;
Demon; insidious flaming fire dancing; alien apetilian race;
embarked on conquest lust thirsted, quest through space;
suffering ravenous raw unreasoned territory blunder.
