Should I Let Her Know? Poem by Ray Hansell

Should I Let Her Know?

I stare at her eyes
Like the heavens above
Am I being overtaken?
By this thing called love

I can't wait for each new day
Just so I can see her
The feelings I feel are starnge
Their feelings that never were

How will I know if she feels the same?
Will I see it in her eyes?
Will I hear it in her voice?
Or should I continue my disguise?

Should I tell her how I feel?
Every time she comes my way
Or should I go on
Keeping it a secret day to day

I think that she should know
Just what she does to me
But, I'm afraid if I should tell her
She won't feel the same for me
