Shri Rama Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

Shri Rama

Rating: 5.0

I have a head
Oh no exactly ten heads!
A Ravana
Hanging down my neck!
Shri Rama.

I have a head
Nay, nay, ten heads
Because of which
I have lost my balance
Shri Rama.

I wait for you
Nay, for your arrow
To pierce through my navel
O Rama!
Shri Rama!

COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Kumarmani Mahakul 22 December 2018

The evil qualities when enter into mind and various ten vices arise and make a man cry then we say Havana's head is risen. When divine value enters mind becomes calm and we say Rama recovers life from Ravana. Wonderful poem is wisely penned basing on mythological context....10
