Sick But Okay Poem by Hamsa Elfarash

Sick But Okay

Rating: 5.0

I'm tired of sickness,
Seven months of being ill,
Pain is more not less,
I don't know, it's God's will.

I often stay alone,
I get mocked at,
There was no powerful bone,
That's why I usually sat.

People don't understand,
How hard it is to stay strong,
I bear the pain and stand,
But then I stand for too long.

Noone understood what I meant,
Then, my soul more bent,
I wish I weren't so much in pain,
But sitting on a beach in Spain.

I'll be better one day,
And you'll see, I'll be okay,
If not tomorrow or today,
I'll be better just one day.
