Sick Way Of Mourning Poem by Newo Enec

Sick Way Of Mourning

Eyes black as coals
Beneath a cloak of virgin white
Gleaming web of darkness
Flows like a river in the night
Slender bones stick out
Against sickly pale skin
Eager flesh molds closer
To the soul caught within
I want to tell you
That I need to drink up your dark
I long to be just like you
And I keep your image in my heart
I want you to know
That I have felt your pain
I love and miss you dearly
I've been forever changed
Without you I'm not the same
I have no hope, I've lost my place
I miss you in my own sick way
