Silence Poem by Holly Heron

Silence

Rating: 3.5

Silence surrounds me,
Drowns me, suffocate,
Confounds me.

How I long for the sudden shout,
The childs cry, in monrnings light,
A heart spent night.

How I wish for a whispers breeze,
The subtle sound of a lovers sigh,
'O lord, O my'

But all I have is silence,
A hearts breath of silence,
Lonliness,
Cruel Silence.

The angst is strong and imbues this great piece!
