Silence In Her Grave Poem by Jasbir Singh

Silence In Her Grave

On that day sky will be pale and ambient gloomy,
Behold! She will go down to sleep,
She will cease to breath with lay flat her tummy,
And when it happen thine heart will be stiff,

Ye will utterly some words and wail aloud,
She will cease to listen to ye,
Later there will be a complete silence among the crowd,
Near the grave where her body lay.

She will be gone and won't disturb ye anymore,
She will sleep forever and lie still,
Ye will utter only some words but cry more and more,
When ye all will expect her reply but keep waiting still,

She was beautiful and healthy when alive will say her mother!
Now her body will decay soon and ugly bone will be left,
She was my dear and crown to my head will say her father!
But still she won't wake up after hearing those compliments.

Her loved ones will speak all the good things about her,
It is too late, ye should have told, when she was alive will say a wise man,
Her adversaries will curse her, rejoice on her death and mock her,
Alas! What is the use, she won't wake up from her grave to take revenge.

Even though she was a princess but people treated her like a slave,
Hurray! She will sleep peacefully and happily in her grave,
She lived her whole life following Jesus as her lord and saviour,
In her resurrection God will be proud to call her, his beloved daughter.
