Silent Body Artists Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

Silent Body Artists

Who was marked the breath like an unknown tomb
Who wrote the tombstones in those swelling clouds
Who swelled there liked tears on innocent cheeks
Who will be asked in what they have died

Paint them a mole a birth right mark
Butterfly paint upon their shoulder
A little heart on the back of their neck
A Harlequine tear below the left eye

Silent body artists why do you cry
