Silent Tears Poem by Rutvi Padhy

Silent Tears

Rating: 5.0

It’s cold, really cold,
It’s as cold as it could be,
It’s mine and it’s deep,
It’s the tears you’ve never seen.

It’s flowing and it’s falling,
It’s falling down my cheeks,
It’s falling and it wouldn’t stop,
It wouldn’t stop until I cease.

I’m crying, I’m weeping,
I’m shedding silent tears,
But those silent tears you wouldn’t see,
‘Cause in deep waters, they disappear.

I am trying but I’m drowning,
I’m drowning in the blue,
I’m dying, dying slowly,
I’m dying ‘cause of you.
