Silhouetted Against Thy Love: 01 Poem by Subhas Chandra Chakra

Silhouetted Against Thy Love: 01

I stand here with a heart full of longing,
My eyes searching for thy love,
As I stand here, the nightingale's song,
Echoes my heart's melody so strong.

Thy love is like a beacon of light,
Guiding me through the darkest night,
With every step I take,
I feel thy love's embrace.

I see thy silhouette in the moonlight,
A vision so beautiful, it takes my breath away,
And in that moment, I know,
That thy love is all I need to glow.

In the shadow of thy love,
I find a solace that fills my soul,
With every beat of my heart,
I feel thy love's warmth in my heart.

As I look into thy eyes,
I see a reflection of my own soul,
And I know that our love,
Is the greatest gift of all.

Silhouetted against thy love,
I feel alive, I feel free,
For in thy love, I have found,
The essence of my being.

And though the winds may blow,
And the storms may rage,
I know that in thy love,
I will always find my way.

For in the darkness of the night,
I see thy love's silhouette,
And I know that with thee by my side,
I have nothing to regret.
