Silly Spelling

A rhymer called Doug
said 'sot' for 'sought'.
For 'not' Doug said 'nought'.

For 'It was not that I sought, '
Doug said 'It was nought that I sot.'

He sported the double-entendre
and dropped 'nought' for 'not'.

Now Doug says 'wought' for 'what'.

He didn't ought to have gone down that road:
for his 'woughts' Doug is now called 'Towed'.
