Silver Script Poem by Carolyn Vuletic

Silver Script

Rating: 4.5

In the end you deserted me
how inaccurate 'always and forever' really was
i still wear those lies - i cannot let go

you haunt my thoughts
i compare others to your imperfections
and you still consume me!

I want to be free
this anger and sadness confuses me
but it feeds me, and giving in

would mean setting you free
