Since Disrespect To Other People Poem by Francis Duggan

Since Disrespect To Other People

Rating: 1.5

Since disrespect to other people they only ever show
Some that I do know of I do not wish to know
Of domineering judgemental people it does seem sad to say
That they cannot help the way they are since they are born this way
They do lack in compassion the greatest gift of all
But then suppose they cannot help it if in their ways they are small
With that it takes all kinds to make humanity one does have to agree
Though 'tis said what we dislike in others in our own selves we do see
Why some can be so judgemental I often wonder why
Since judge not and thou shalt not be judged to all of us apply
Those who belittle another person shame on themselves do bring
And the praises of such people one ought to never sing
If you dislike somebody who has never harmed you in any way
'Twould be best of that person you say nothing if good you don't have to say.
